Reiki Level 1 training introduces the principles, history and fundamentals of Reiki energy healing according to the teaching of Dr. Mikao Usui, Japanese Buddhist. Level one is connection to self and creating space within to promote self-healing. It creates many beneficial effects including relaxation, a sense of peace, security and wellbeing.
